Annual Registration

Returning Members

If you are a returning member please reach out to the Pool Manager to acquire the paperwork necessary to utilize the pool for the 2025 season. The pool is currently has a wait-list of potential new members so we are advising returning members to get their completed paperwork and fees in by May 1st. Returning members who do not complete paperwork or pay fees by this date risk losing their memberships as the Dutchman Downs Pool has a lot of interest from new neighbors and families who want to join the swim team.

New/Potential Members

Potential members, we currently have a wait-list. Please reach out to the Pool Manager if you would like to be added to the wait-list.

Membership Packet

Each season members must fill-out the membership packet and submit with their dues payment. Zelle payment is preferred, please see payment details on membership application. The PDF forms can be filled in with Adobe Reader. Membership forms are shared via email.

Pool Access

Pool access is via a Key Pad using a unique 5-digit PIN code selected by each member family. Membership cards are no longer issued.
