Annual Registration
Returning Members
This year there are three steps for registration renewal. Please do not submit forms or paperwork unless you plan to submit payment for 2026.
- Complete and submit the Online Registration Form
- Complete and email signed Unguarded Pool Usage Waiver (below)
- Submit payment (check or Zelle - details on registration form)
We are asking returning members to please submit their completed registration form, waiver, and fees by May 1st. Returning members who do not complete paperwork or pay fees by this date risk losing their memberships as the Dutchman Downs Pool has a lot of interest from new neighbors and families who want to join the swim team.
New/Potential Members
Potential members, please reach out to the Pool Manager if you have any questions. If the registration link is still published above, you may go ahead and sign-up!
Membership Packet
Each season members must fill-out the registration form and submit the Unguarded Pool Usage Waiver with their dues payment. Zelle payment is preferred, please see payment details on membership application. The PDF forms can be filled in with Adobe Reader.
Pool Access
Pool access is via a Key Pad using a unique 5-digit PIN code selected by each member family. Membership cards are no longer issued.
